Very friendly staff and fast service despite a busy day for them, treated me like I was the only patient there. Dr. Golla was very friendly, attentive and professional, asked questions and explained procedure. Excellent experience!

While I was making the initial appointment they patched her through and she spoke with me on the phone! How amazing is that?? She reassured me that she would do a thorough exam when she saw me in the office. They got me an appointment the very next morning. She is so professional, did a thorough exam, explained everything, and truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend.

Burger and fries were very good. I had the greek salad with salmon which was a nice sized portion and delicious.

Dr. Carstens was a huge surprise to me. I expected the usual hurried appointment. What I experienced was a friendly and KIND man. I said I didn't want surgery for my rotator cuff tear. For a year, he worked with me and kept me relatively pain free. I was sooo scared of that surgery. But then I fell and of course, the impact was on that shoulder! There was no question that I needed the surgery because a muscle was torn. All fear of that surgery was totally unjustified. I only used 3 of the pain killer pills and that was went I went to bed. I didn't want to roll over on the surgery site. It worked and so did the surgery. I'd heard such horror stories and none of them proved true. I'm a happy patient. The office staff is truly caring and upbeat. It was a pleasure to "visit" them. I would insist my family and friends see him for any orthopedic problem. In fact, a close friend has visited him and he's working with her as he did me. She's very pleased.

Excellent staff at the office as well as the medical facitiy. Dr. Carstens is a gifted surgeon and healer. Really nice guy!
