Our flight was majorly delayed and we did not get into Pittsburgh until 1:30 am (an hour and a half after the car rental closed). The selection of vehicles to choose from was surprisingly good [I wanted a Ford Bronco Sport], and Avis came through. My rental was clean, and was overall in good condition. I did not have a reservation, but was still able to go from first contact at the counter, to picking up the vehicle from the friendly and accomodating lot drivers, and driving off in 20-25 minutes. I was most pleased with this experience with Avis.”

There have been times I have shower up early to pick up and called to tell them I was running late to return and they never gave me any problems. Cars are always clean. And I usually have my deposit back within 24hrs. The longest I waited was 48hrs.”
