“The staff here is friendly and I truly feel like they care about me as a person for a couple of reasons. Number 1- I had scheduled an appointment to have skin tags and a mold removed after my initial visit. I ended up having to reschedule and made the mistake of calling the main scheduling number. They ended up scheduling me at a different office than where I was suppose to be seen. The front office staff caught this and quickly rescheduled me for the next day at the correct office. Number 2- I saw PA Natalie Lombardo to have my skin tags removed and the nurse (Brandi or Brittany, I can't remember her name- sorry!). She went over everything she was going to do before getting started, helped me to feel comfortable and asked if I was OK throughout removal. I was fine until the very end and actually passed out. Not only did I get the BEST care, but any staff member who walked past the room I was in asked if I was OK. Natalie was even offering me her own personal snacks!
