“Rapid care, good manners, low prices, they let you into the appointment with your animal, and they make you welcome the whole visit. This place is a breath of fresh air, and that's so valuable when your animals need reliable care. I called at 9am on Monday and they had an appointment for 10:40am same day. The vet was straight with me about my dog's terminal diagnosis (from a different ER visit,) but also willing to help me with positive steps like a place to get custom dog food that she might do better with since she's still managing to eat. The vet was helpful and patient, gave prescriptions and resource information, and the whole visit was $45. I'm grateful for a business this easy to rate 5 stars.”

“I really like taking my pets here. I have 3 cats and the staff has been wonderful. I have zero complaints, and have had no issues in the 2 years we've used them. They look out for your fur baby's best interest and inform you of everything going on. They don't hesitate to answer questions and ease any worry you may have. Sometimes they are busy and it's hard to get a quick appointment, but that is only because everyone wants their care! Please consider Belacoup if you have recently added a pet to your home and are on the fence about a vet. I also think they are very reasonable $. I called around for some emergency office visits and they happened to be the best care for the least $. That may not be for everything but it is nice to know they don't overcharge.”

They have called multiple times during the week to check on him and offer advice. They are not pushy with any of their suggestions or tests. The vet tech are helpful and kind. “I thought my cat was at the end of her life, and tried everywhere to find a vet I was happy with, who seemed to care about my cat, treated me like a human being and knew what they were doing. This vet has all of that and my cat is 17 years old, has gained half of her body weight, beautiful coat, climbs up and down her cat condo, demands attention, just like she was 10 years old again. There is no way to thank this vet enough for giving my baby girl back. I no longer dread going to the vet.”
