“Loved our experience with Foglia Builders! When we started looking at companies to come out and replace our roof, we were SHOCKED at the price the first company quoted us. We kept looking around and we’re pleasantly surprised when Foglia gave us a bid that was HALF as expensive as the first company. Plus, they outlined every possible additional cost depending on what they found once they started ripping the roof off. Unfortunately we had to replace the wood under the roof but we had already been told what that cost would be if we needed it. And the actual cost of the wood came under budget with what we were originally told. So we were prepared for that. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly recommend them to anyone. These people are very down to earth and aren’t looking to be salesman in their field. They performed the work extremely quickly (only took 1.5 days to do our roof and shed), and the result was beautiful. The only negative thing I would recommend to anyone getting a roof from any company (not just Foglia) is to get a stick magnet to sweep your yard and landscaping when you’re done! Several other friends and family members recommended this to us and I’m glad I did because I have a dog and a toddler at home. Sure enough, I found a jar full of nails when I was done. Foglia swept our yard with their own magnet and I’m sure got the majority of the nails the first time around. But you’ll find this with any roofer—it’s just part of the business! And I would still recommend Foglia to anyone!”
