“Dr. Syed is amazing. This office is set up in a common sense manner. My first appointment was with Valerie Lager, CRNP and she was able to go through my full history, answer questions, and set up all the blood work that I would need to get. She is very thorough and truly gets to know you and your health. At my next appointment, I was with Dr. Syed and he went over things with me and listened to my long list of symptoms. He then examined my thyroid to include an ultrasound. He was very compassionate through the whole thing. He ended up needing to do a full ultrasound workup and he did everything he could to keep me calm throughout the experience. I recently had an FNA biopsy completed and I am the worst patient when it comes to needles. Dr. Syed and Nurse Laurie did an amazing job with me and as much as I felt sorry for being such a pain, they reassured me that I could take my time to fully calm my nerves. Their patience compassion helped my anxiety and I'm grateful for that. Dr. Syed also has a great sense of humor that helps lighten the mood. He isn't into a bunch of small talk, and I'm totally okay with that. He is dedicated to his job and he stays focused. His work ethic is on point and I fear the day he decides to retire.”
