When Loren arrived at our home he was very professional. I showed him our problem and he quickly diagnosed and explained in detail what he thought the problem was and what it would cost to resolve it. He gave a very reasonable price to perform the work and was confident he could fix the issue. When my husband arrived home he also took the time to explain in detail what he was doing to him as well.
