I explained to her exactly what I wanted she repeated it so she made sure she had all the information and she painted out a picture in my head of what she could do! It was just all around great customer service that I think every place should have. Excited and very impatient to see what the finished product will look like. This is going to be very sentimental to me. My brother passed in February and she will be working on making a keepsake pillow for me. Will put when o received it. I am confident its gonna look amazing.
