Overall, a good place for brew supplies (this review is more for the morebeer site). I've purchased several items from kettles to fermentor to Grains over the past 2 months. Customer service is helpful, orders ship timely, products have been great.
I have 1 issue and 1 heads up. First, their shipping is confusing and not very good. For example, I placed an order on Thursday. I wanted it soon, so I debated next day delivery. Next day delivery had an arrival date of the following Tuesday, which is clearly not next day, for an additional $35. I chose standard free shipping and received my items by Tuesday. That makes no sense to me. I paid for next day shipping once and it took 4 days to arrive. I recommend avoiding next day shipping. The second thing, and the site is very clear about this, don't order liquid yeast in the summer...even with next day shipping and ice packs. My first next day shipment is referenced above, sat in a truck for 4 days and the yeast was spoiled. Customer service was quick to get a new one sent, and that also arrived warm and spoiled. They refunded the money so all good, but just a heads up to avoid that during the summer.

Prompt shipping and communications. When something goes wrong, they make it right, can't ask for much more!

I'm the one who posted the San star picture after a number of failed communications receiving a busted bottle and soaked package. That part was not that happy, but making me whole including return shipping was a class act, that cleared quite a bit of my ill will.
