(June 21, 2022, 9:25 am)Casey is a fantastic physical therapist! She has helped me through a few surgeries. She knows what she's doing and gets you to where you need to be! Valerie works the front desk and is wonderful, too!
(October 17, 2020, 8:26 am)I was at this facility about 2-3 years ago. I have no concerns about returning there for therapy. I am pleased with Casey's recommendations for home exercises and she works with limitations that I still have. Three more weeks and I will be in better condition since my job requires constant mobility.
(July 24, 2020, 10:40 am)Casey has been extraordinarily helpful with the exercises and treatments she has prescribed to relieve the pain I have been experiencing. The Baden NovaCare facility is tucked away so I am very grateful that I am able to get the care I need, close to home and abiding by all COVID-related guidance. The staff is kind and mindful of the needs of their customers.
(October 22, 2018, 8:48 pm)Never having PT before, I didn't know what to expect. Val at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Casey the physical therapist was just as kind, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. My pain was lessened greatly within a couple of visits and I felt so much better. Also, it is very clean.
(May 3, 2018, 9:56 pm)Fantastic facility. Everyone down there is very kind and caring. The main physical therapist is fantastic, is very knowledgeable and caring. The receptionist is fantastic as well. They listen to what you are going through physically and come up with a plan with both you and your Dr to get you back to your 100% self. Office hours are great. I look forward to going there for my physical therapy each week and see my progress of getting better. I absolutely recommend coming here for all your physical therapy needs.
