Walmart Pharmacy

I don't recall the name of the gentleman who did our vaccines today, but he was FANTASTIC and did so well when giving the dose to my daughter. She's usually very uncomfortable with needles, but he was so subtle and quick it was super smooth!

Best pharmacy, friendly staff, always helpful, willing to explain your medication. Very fast service, they are great at getting ahold of your doct. If there is a problem. Prices are reasonable too.

I have not switched to this pharmacy for my prescriptions (yet), but the Monaca pharmacy went above and beyond for me with my COVID vaccine and I could not be more appreciative. After having another Walmart location cancel my vaccine appointment with less than an hour notice, this pharmacy was incredibly helpful and kind in their care for me. (For reference, I spoke to two wonderful women, Marie & Ruth, in the department, as well as the pharmacist/manager.) My first dose went quickly and was virtually painless. They showed genuine concern and were apologetic, even though my bad experience did NOT happen at their store! I'm very interested in switching to them for prescriptions after such great care.

I recently had to go back East to a funeral of a close Family member. Our original plans was to attend the Funeral and stay 1 night and return home. I packed with our original plans in mind.
It turned out we stayed 4 extra days to spend time with Family we hadn't seen in many years.
This brings me to the shortage of medication I needed to get me through my extra time spending with Family.
Between my physician back home and the Walmart Pharmacy in Monaca I had my needed medication to get me through the extra stay within less than 24 hours. I called my Doctors office around 1:30 pm
Eastern standard and at 8:30 am Walmart had notified me that my meds were ready to pick up. I expressed my appreciation to the Pharmacy and the were delighted with my positive comments. I do know If I go back to see Family and need pharma y help, it will be at the Monaca Pharmacy.
