Suburban Studios Monaca - Pittsburgh

This place is great for an extended stay hotel. We've been here for 7 months and have had no issues. The staff and other hotel guests have been great. And are always friendly and helpful.

The office/front desk staff atvthe horel were great. All were friendly and accommodating. We were traveling on motorcycles and were in an accident during our stay. We jad no transporation and had to be picked up. The hotel extended our checkout with no prolem so that we could stay in the room waiting for transportation. After checkout they also heald ourcequip.ent and luggage so we could get our bikes. The room was also exactly as pictured.. Highly recommend the property

Stayed over a couple of days ago while on a road trip with my family. The staff gave us a discount on the room due to the wrong price being displayed online. The lobby and hallway had a weird smell to them, but the room was very surprising. It came with a mini-kitchen consisting of 2 electric stove burners, a microwave, and a full refrigerator. The room was very clean and wasn't sketchy. The only downside is the location, which is right by the rundown down of Monaca. However, the hotel is on a hill more closer to the nice part of town. There a couple of food places down the street, but the area still has a cautious vibe to it.

If you need a cheap, good quality hotel to stay overnight, I recommend this location. However, If You're staying multiple days or in the area, maybe look for a better location.

I was in the area for work and rented a room. The place is clean and quiet and, I felt, very affordable. The staff was friendly and attentive. They even decorated lobby for holidays and invited all of the guest to write name on bulb and hang on the tree. I have recommended this hotel to fellow coworker travelers. They have a large laundry facility for guests and a giant mud room for guests to take off those muddy boots and even wash them in slop sink if they like. Very convenient parking close by all the doors and restaurants and shopping very close by.
