Then the clerk rang up my order and I mistakenly put the wrong pin number...I kept trying to correct it but it kept declining my card....I called the bank and learned the error was made at the store...the clerk was no help at all...I ended paying with cash but I was embarrassed by clerks attitude... Never going in there again”

“I have taken my car to Whitey's for my vehicle inspection and emissions for over 10 years and I can't recommend them enough. They have always been fair. I take care of my vehicles well and regularly inspect them for any problems. That being said, I know before I take my car in that it will pass. They never have tried to push things I don't need or nitpick ( Take it to one of the dealerships next door and they will recommend replacing parts whether you need them or not). They are a mechanic you can trust.”

“It’s hard to find decent customer service these days and we had to hand it to Dave and to Carla with this specific store. They went above and beyond to make our view of going to this Home Depot a pleasant one. We went during a snow storm looking for a specific vanity that was showing 6 in-stock. After scouring the aisles top to bottom, we couldn’t find the one we were looking for. Dave asked us what we needed help with and point us to Carla, who helped us with a smile. She not only walked us to the aisle we needed but found the pallet in the way back of the store that housed the vanity we were looking for. She stayed with us the entire time to ensure we got the product we wanted. We had 2 guys unload the vanity and put it on our cart. We went to check out and Dave asked us if we got everything we needed. He was happy to hear that Carla was able to help and assisted us with the self check out. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and were so thankful for their help! Outstanding job to Carla and Dave - keep up the great work!! :)”
