Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a gnarly plumbing scare not long after I moved in. They showed up what felt like ten minutes after I called them. A guy named Murillo (sorry if I spelled it wrong) came and he answered/explained everything which was reassuring and put my mind at ease. He was really nice and professional. I would definitely recommend calling them and big shout out to Murillo for being awesome.

The technician was prompt, courteous and took the time to explain every step of the process. Removal to new install. Tech. went over the different brands of water heaters, discussed what was best for my household. After install, tech. explained routine maintenance requirements & provided phone number with any further questions. All around a very positive experience. I will recommend to family & neighbors. Also, cleaned up afterwards a very big plus in my book. 5 stars.

The night before Easter our septic was backing up in the house. Called Roto Rooter and tech came out the next morning. Looked for a clog but found the pump was bad. Got a sump pump set up to keep it from backing up in the house and had to wait until Monday to get the parts. Came earlier then was expected and the service was great. John was our plumber and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.
