(January 9, 2023, 11:59 am)I got here early and didn't have my referrals. The front desk person was great about helping me contact my provider and get started. My PT Bayley, fully explained what she was doing during the exam and to get a good understanding of how to move forward with treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction and hips back area pain. They have set up my 12 sessions ahead when checking out today. It was smooth which makes a huge difference for patients like myself.
(July 5, 2022, 9:38 pm)All the staff are very friendly & kind. My therapist was Ryan Roman he is amazing! He took the time to discuss my therapy needs with me & explained everything so that I could understand it. Ryan is one of the best therapist that I have had. I actually enjoyed going there & with Ryan’s help I feel great now!! Should I need therapy again I will definitely go back there.
