The digital coupons are an issue though. I signed up, diligently go through my online selections and RARELY get credit. I don't know if it's a glitch or a hoax. Excellent prices but do not count on that extra credit.
(June 22, 2020, 4:20 am)All the staff are amazing.. Polite and will help you with anything you need. Very large store. Very clean. Has everything that I need all the time. This is by far the best dollar general. I will always go to this one no doubt about that!
(March 26, 2020, 7:09 pm)As the store manager, I have to say after reading these reviews an explanation is in order. Please note that this store officially opened February 29, 2020. Prior to that date, one person was running the store until we were able to obtain proper staffing. Since February 29 we have been fully staffed and are operating according to normal business hours, as set by our corporate office. Please continue to post your comments and know that my team will make every effort to meet the needs of our community and clientele. Our goal is to serve our patrons with superior customer service with each visit. Thank you again for all the positive comments and criticisms. (February 29, 2020, 10:39 pm)This is a brand new Dollar General, and the best yet, with a wide variety of products. I found everything I wanted here. I didn't find everything at the Beaver store, so I was grateful to find it here without having to go to store after store. The checkout was very slow because someone had a return, but otherwise it was a good experience. I got some freebies (tote bag, cup, moisturizer) without having to ask for them because of the Grand Opening.
