In the latest cold snap we ended up with a frozen and then a burst pipe. When the weather warmed up because of the burst pipe we had no water for basic necessities. Tom Suica answered our call, came at a reasonable time (he had others he was dealing with before us), diagnosed the problem, made minimal intrusions into the ceiling, found the burst pipe section, repaired the pipe, and then made other minor repairs that were nagging issues in the house (e.g. kitchen and bathroom faucet issues). In addition, I learned from him as he explained what he was doing. The old saying is that you pay someone not so much for their time as for their expertise and knowledge . He has expertise and knowledge and he was worth it. I would hire him, as needed, again and I recommend him highly.

We called Tom mid-morning for a leaky toilet valve and he was able to arrive by early afternoon the same day. His work was quick and thorough. He was in/out in about 30-40 minutes and his price was very fair. Overall, I highly recommend this small, locally-owned business and will absolutely use again as needed.

Suica Plumbing and Heating saved my family and I thousands! After calling Suica for a second opinion, they responded promptly and came to my home that was convenient for my family’s and I. Together we looked at the sewer camera and inspected my pipes and saw some minor issues that would be easily resolved.

A different company (We’ll just call them Mr.R) came and built fear and almost had me convinced to spend nearly 20k to tear out and re do all of my in home lines and outside lines.
