  I recommend this company if you are looking for a hot tub. Matt, the owner, was prompt, followed through with what he said he was going to do, reached out to me in a friendly manner, was informative and he was not pushy. Great customer service and satisfaction.

  Very pleased with our Tropic Seas hot tub. Sales was very good with helping us to choose a model. We think the quality is good and the price was reasonable. The calls to schedule delivery were professional and timely (had to schedule twice due to a storm in our area.) Delivery went well and the technician installed the cover lifter and explained the tub operation while answering any questions we had. Ordered some chemicals so far with very prompt delivery. Haven’t needed service yet but I expect they will be as good and helpful as the sale was when the time comes. Definitely recommend Wickestone.

  This was one of the best customer experiences of my life. From the sale and financing to the delivery and installation theses guys were the best. I have told everyone I know about them! Our hot tub is beautiful and has sincerely improved our quality of life!

  Super great to work with. Best customer service, awesome could not be happier. Fixed my hot tub same day back in it last night enjoying it! Had another company come out three times could not fix my issue. DO NOT waste time looking for service just call Wickstone.
