(May 16, 2023, 8:58 pm)Enjoyable place to work. And when my mom was on the rehab floor she was treated so well and had great care by all staff. Dr. Gehrlein was very kind and compassionate, all the nurses and aides were so caring especially Chris, Mary and Amy. The housekeepers Shawn and Lynn made sure her room was spotless and the kitchen staff were great at providing snacks and food to keep up her appetite. Therapy was wonderful as well especially Monica and Jennifer. The activity staff Stacy and Michele brought her lots of smiles. Administration was also very nice and helpful. I appreciate the love everyone expressed to her.
(May 14, 2019, 9:48 am)RMV was home to my father for 2 years. The staff was always polite and supportive. If we had a question they didn't have an answer to, they would always find out for us. Our father was always clean (even though he was a messy eater) and taken care of. Considering how many residents are there and how many people are on staff, I feel they did a very good job. Personally, I think they can use a few extra people on staff on the weekends. The Activity Director is amazing! She has something scheduled for the residents pretty much every day Monday through Friday. Also, the VA is located across the street. Every time there was a function there, they made sure to take the veterans to the VFW to participate. Is it perfect there? No. Absolutely not. However the IF you visit your loved one faithfully and remind the staff how you would like things done for them, they will make sure it happens.
