I continually check into this store and their customer service is off the charts. Great folks!

Belt snapped on a cheap dryer that I did NOT buy from AK. Couldn't find a belt anywhere. I brought the snapped belt into the store. The people in the service dept cut open bags of new product until they found the closest fit. Dryer has been running strong for 3 years since. The cheap washer went next. I turned to AK based on that past experience. I rent so, I wasn't trying to break the bank. The salesman understood and pointed me to what I was looking for. He was honest, and upfront, he gave me the 5yr vs 20yr talk. I knew what I was getting into buying the cheaper 5yr option. Only a couple years in, but the washer is still going strong (knock on wood). They set up a delivery time and showed up right in the window of time they promised. Delivery guy was great, got it in and set up like it was something he'd done a million times. It all boils down to the customer service. The customer experience. You don't this kind of customer service from big chain stores. They have my future business for sure.

Needed a part for my dishwasher, figured I would check to see if they had it in stock before I purchased it only. Not only did they have it, it was $13 cheaper here! Definitely worth checking out!
