“Arbys has great food. My favorite is french dip but for some reason the cheese tastes like American cheese not swiss cheese.”

“As I neared the Gateway Travel Plaza, what I soon realized would be one of the most monumental and impactful stops on my trip to the District of Columbia, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The reviews I’d read had been both alarmingly negative and overwhelmingly positive. Some said that the new renovation had been a terrible mistake that destroyed the homey feeling, while others argued that it was clean, organized, even fancy. But as we pulled in, I was amazed by what I saw. The plaza was beautiful. With the neon sign shining brightly in the twilight, I couldn’t help but stare in awe at the breathtaking plaza. I especially enjoyed the historical plaque outside, which provided a valuable insight into the history of the site and the surrounding area. Upon entering, I found a wonderful little store, full of souvenirs and snacks. The mouth watering smells of the food court filled the space as I took in the huge chandeliers, rustic wooden beams, and adorably retro details. After finishing my delicious pizza, I explored the rest of the establishment. The bathrooms were pristine, the historic photos decorating the walls were reminiscent of a simpler time, and the RadioShack was almost as intriguing as the two arcade rooms and their multitude of unwinnable but extremely tempting claw machines. Although there were no water fountains to be found, the robotic voice announcing available showers more than made up for that! What’s more, I soon discovered that the charming wrought iron clock in the entrance was a pokestop! Overall, this plaza was truly a unique gem and a refreshing oasis on my long and taxing journey to our nations fine capital. Being unable to leave a rating higher than the allotted 5 stars, I will, having complete satisfaction with my time here, leave a 5 star review and take my place among the past and future reviewers of this establishment.”

“This place is clean, but under construction at this time. Per my husband, there are no urinals in the men's bathroom! There is a small food court at this time, more to come when construction finishes. Has a great gift shop that has a wide variety of gifts for loved ones and friends. It's not just state or local gifts, there are collector items, glass items, jewelery, too much to mention. Unique items!!! Large area to refuel.”

“Absolutely wonderful! I go here every year on my way to vacation! They have a wide and plentiful variety of food establishments to chose from! Each good in their own way! They even have a mini convenience store in here as well!! Their bathrooms are clean and neat! There are many stalls to be used also. Tables to eat on are clean as well! Employees are kind and nice, happy to help! I heavily recommend making a stop here and taking a bite to eat, or whatever you need to do here! The lively atmosphere puts you in a good mood! A fun tradition I look forward to every year! Can’t wait to go next year, and enjoy a great meal with some family fun and bonding time!! I hope that everyone can have a wonderful time here, just like I do each year! 5/5”

“We didn't have heat but they fixed that problem within minutes. We slept like rocks on the beach. I hadn't slept well for 3 days till I slept here. I thought being so close to the off ramp would be too loud but I was terribly wrong. They also have a hotel pet named Sadie and she was very comforting to me being so tired. Thank u to the hostess and the owner. U knocked this one out of the park and into the mountains.???????????????????????????????????????? And the room was spotless.”

“A small community Church nestled in the valley of Breezewood. A peaceful, quiet place to worship, and the pastor is friendly and helpful. You can feel the love and traditions when you sit at the pews.”

“Very great place to go bike riding. Lots of fun. Definitely bring a jacket and light for in the tunnels. Also a side note stay to the center because the edges have debris. Would definitely reccomend as a place to check out.”
