  I cannot commend this post office enough -- particularly JACKIE -- who helped me stop the unbelievable, nearly unstoppable transport of my package from Europe. That package went (over the course of a month) from New Jersey to Pittsburgh to Philadelphia to Douglasville to Pittsburgh, to Philadelphia (landing in some these locations three to four times each! Even the national Post Office customer service couldn't stop it. It was an endless spiral that the post office in my town of Indiana, PA, said to forget about -- because that package would be shipped back to Europe to it's original departure location. As I was tracking the package online -- and unable to stop it -- I finally called the Douglasville post office and Jackie there told me she'd try to catch it on its next trip through Douglasville. Took two tries, but she did it!! I got my package -- finally -- last week! THANK YOU, JACKIE!!!
