(September 27, 2018, 11:58 am)Our experience started with Phil and from the get go I knew we were making the right decision. Phil always made time for us and answered all our questions. Our next meeting was with Adam and he helped us make the best decisions for the space we had to work with. As with Phil, he took the time to answer all our questions and made the changes we requested or provided us with a better suggestion/recommendation. Gary always kept us informed even if it was news we did not want with the ever changing weather. The crew was amazing! The crew was not always the same, but one thing that remained the same was their hard work and most importantly they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you for giving us the most beautiful backyard oasis!

Yes, it was at the high end of the price range, but you get what you pay for (we have a 19 x 41 lazy oval) We have had 15 years of excellent service. We have Fronheiser open and close our pool every year. We just replaced our liner last year due to a nick in it years ago that spread. Looks like a brand new pool again. I have never had a negative experience with them. I would, and have, recommended them to anyone looking for a pool. I find it interesting that the majority of those that gave one star had no comments to justify their rating. I would give 6 stars if possible. With a purchase this large, and requiring high maintenance, don't skimp on the front end, it will definitely get you on the backend.
