Gator Truck Sales

I can’t say how thankful I am for Brian Werner and gator truck sale. It’s rare to find dealerships that aren’t in the business to screw over their customers. I purchased the truck through financing and even though it was a long process Brian held the truck for us and was patient. After purchasing and driving the truck, I had some problems right away but Brian was with me every step of the way. He didn’t dodge calls or ignore me like most dealers would and worked with me every step of the way until we found a solution. He gave me advice and even had the compassion to help and pay part of the repairs when he could have told us to figure it out by ourselves. Most dealers will not want anything to do with you once they get your money but Brian picked up calls, answer emails (during thanksgiving) and even wrote a check. With our business on the line, I was glad I chose an honest dealer with compassion. He has done more than any dealer has ever done and I can’t thank him enough. Now, if only Freightliner and other dealerships could learn from Brian and Gator sales, we would be living in a perfect world. Thank you Brian

I had the pleasure of doing business with Brian at Gator Truck Sales. It’s a laid back atmosphere. My anxiety levels were through the roof being that it was my first commercial truck purchase. Brian was attentive and not overwhelming as I browsed the lot. Shortly thereafter he pretty much tossed me a dealer tag and truck key but not before making a copy of my ID and encouraged me to go for a test ride.
