My 17yo had her wisdom teeth extracted at this location. Not only was I impressed with the spaciousness of this new facility. From checking-in to departing, the staff were very friendly, polite, and accommodating. They ensured my daughters comfort and explained every detail of the procedure, including detailed instructions in the post recovery area on how to properly care for her gums through the recovery process. It seems like I had scarcely sat down in the waiting room before they were calling me to the recovery area. From beginning to end, they made the process of teeth extraction as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Top notch experience!
Only dentist office I know where you are very relaxed. These guys are fantastic. Excellent team.
I called yesterday for my daughters mouth got me a app the very next day great friendly staff and dr Roland is great can’t wait to bring her back to finally have her wisdom teeth removed by him will let you know how that goes thanks Boyertown office for making her feel comfortable.😃
This place is one of a kind! I give every staff member in there 5stars, I would give millions more personally. This situation started back in December, lancaster County were we are from, we were going to smile builders to have this taking care of. As to say now they have pushed it off several times. Then on may 21st the procedure was supposed to take place. But it never happened. They pushed it off for another week. So we have had enough!!
Never are we going to go back to there!!
I called this place in the morning with concerns of my wife being in pain because of tooth issues. And the issues we were having at our previous dentist Wich lead to it affecting myself seeing her this way day to day. They had her an appointment later that day. In a matter of a half hour she was out the door and we were on our way home. They are very nice people who care for someone and give them the help they need. A must place to go for great service, great staff, and great environment.. thank you guys for everything it is much appreciated!!! Keep up the great work!!!
