“More than once recently, the items I wanted were not where they should have been or the few items I found were damaged, yet the web site said they had lots of product. In each case, a very helpful employee found the missing merchandise or found it at another store, including getting an employee--a manager, in fact--to verify that they had the items. Things should be in the right location, and they should move damaged items to clearance, but at least the employees care.”
