We were absolutely thrilled with the service Kathy provided. We had worked with a few agents prior and could not find anyone that met the personality traits, enthusiasm and level of detail that we were looking for until meeting Kathy.
We met her at one of her open houses and were immediately taken back by the level of detail she went into on the open house. She followed up later with an email answering some questions about utility costs of that house and this stuck with me.
We setup an initial meeting at our house to talk and she came very prepared with comps and tons of data which none of the prior agents did. We were not ready to list our house right away and she understood and did not pressure us at all! Prior agents made it very immediately known they were not interested in showing us houses without being under contract to sell our house right away.
Once our house was listed, she followed through on everything wonderfully and helped keep the stress levels down and gave us great advise on all aspects of the transition and seemed very versed in ALL of the areas of the process. She was very understanding of all our questions and always prompt follow up.
I initially had a hard time swallowing the commission charges when seen on paper (although standard, a shell shock), but she earned every bit of that money and made it a very pleasurable experience for my family!
