(January 17, 2019, 9:08 am)Bought a used Kia from Steve Heckman at Outten. Great guy. Very knowledgeable. Truly enjoyed working with him. I live 1.5 hours away, so we did most of the work thru emails & phon. When I came to pick the car up, it was spotless. They even filled up the gas tank for me.

Employees were very helpful (but not too helpful or pushy), they knew their cars, and made sure we walked away happy. Could not thank them enough for the family-like service we received. Bought our first car today. Thanks again Outten. We will only buy cars from you in the future!
