“I believe Esther l y sandwich shop has been open probably close to 30 years. Looks like a small ice cream shop out in the middle of nowhere on the main Highway. The Lyons Topton Highway. It's a little bit away from my home but any time, anytime I'm in the area I always stop in for a cheesesteak. I would rate it as one in the best in the Lehigh Valley or outside of the Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania. I bought a large cheese steak with mushrooms on it. I brought it home and just out of curiosity I wanted to see how big this Cheesesteak actually was. The Cheesesteak itself probably cost $8 if I had to guess. I weighed this cheesesteak on a scale and it weighed over a pound and a half. Hard to eat in one sitting but if you're ever out in the area of to Topton you have to stop there, have to it's a number one Eatery”

“Well we are in our home 2 weeks now and are very happy with it. Yes there are some minor issues with the house that will be taken care of by the manufacturer. No home is built perfect since it is built by people. My experience with Steve was much different than the other one that reviewed. Steve worked very hard for us. The things that Steve had control of he kept on schedule. Any problems that I had with any of his sub-contractors Steve was on it right away. Even to this day Steve is working to have issues resolved that were not done to my expectations, and I would expect he will continue to do this until the manufacturer fixes the issues on the list we are putting together. Steve worked with us and kept us informed on every aspect of the project. He didn't complain when things didn't turn out as he expected and it ended up costing him money. He saw things that we didn't when picking out house options, so he added things at his expense because he knew we would like it, and we do! Over all our experience with Steve at Discovery Homes was very positive, and I would highly recommend him for your manufactured or modular home project!!”
