I went here after I was absolutely disgusted with another AT&T store (at the Berkshire Mall on State Hill Road Reading, PA) and the employees here were a huge help. I was actually at the point that I was going to just change providers because I was so upset. After my visit at this store it changed my mind. You have a great group of people here. Thank you!

(July 31, 2018, 5:30 pm)I was at this store yesterday for the very first time and I gotta say The manager named Barry went all out showing me all the new Phones that are out because I have not upgraded for like 3 years. I asked about a million questions...And he was truly patient with me . Like I said I haven't purchased a phone in years So I didn't know everything that's involved now and daysBut he made it so comfortable and I definitely will return to this store to make my next purchase again. Oh yeah he even went outside with me to help me set up my Bluetooth with my new phone.
