The technician was polite and clean. He treated me and my home with respect. He was knowledgeable and provided advice for preventive measures against future issues.
He charged a flat fee for the service and he worked with me on the price by offering a $40 reduction (an online coupon offer they were running).
I would highly recommend Roto Rooter. -

(January 17, 2019, 10:54 am)I called Roto-Rooter and within 20 minutes or so Lee arrived. We had a main line sewer clog, which was creating major pressure in our pipes and which prevented us from using our water (shower, kitchen sink, etc all came up through the toilet). Lee explained everything to us, fixed the clog on the spot and gave us preventative tips for the future.
We've only been in this house for about 4 weeks, so this was our first emergency. Lee made it as positive of an experience as an expensive emergency can be and we feel better prepared and educated for the future -

appointment for a drain clearing. They called a day early as they
had an availability to move me up. It was New Year's Day and I was
off work so it could not have been ore convenient. The 2 men that
came to the house wore shoe covers to protect my carpet and were
very polite. They addressed what the cost would be immediately
and got straight to work. They were informative and
knowledgeable. I even had a coupon from a mailer I was able to
use for the visit. Price was very competitive and the warranty was
fantastic. We will definitely be using their services for our future
needs.” -

(December 4, 2018, 10:52 am)Richard is the tech that came out to service my sewer line. Very helpful and knowledgeable guy. He explained what he was going to do and how the issue may have happened. The price tag on the job was a little more than I expected, but I was very pleased with the work and my interactions with Richard.
