I am writing this review to express my gratitude for the stellar service my mother received from Compassionate Concern Home Care. I cannot say enough about the quality of care as well as the professionalism of all involved. In addition to the daily scheduled duties, there were quite a few 'last minute' appointments she required, and the staff always came through without hesitation. I especially appreciated the fact that the number of employees caring for her was kept to a minimum, therefore ensuring that my mother always knew who would be coming by. The girls were not only knowledgeable but fun, too....they were innovative in coming up with creative ideas to combat Mom's dementia, always smiling and putting our entire family at ease. I also appreciated the fact that all my calls were promptly returned, all questions answered in a timely manner and Mom was truly treated as a family member as opposed to a ‘client.’ I have since recommended this agency to a few colleagues also in need of home care, and their experiences have been wonderful, as well. I am in the health care field and fully understand the pressures and common issues associated with home care staffing, and yet I can fully attest to the fact that Compassionate Concern Home Care is a professionally run and empathetically based agency without question. I will continue to recommend and would highly advocate their services. Thank you!
