I had a procedure done by Dr Ginsburg. I like him as a doctor and as a person. His assistant was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
I've never experienced customer service like this from any medically related facility including hospitals, primary care, or specialists. Dr. Ginsburg's Office Manager is a no-BS, efficient sweetheart, and the Dr. himself is very personable and intelligent. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
I've been a patient of Dr. Ginsberg for a couple of years. I think he's great. He always spends as much time as he needs to make sure all of my questions are answered or to explain what the tests mean. He's also a very funny guy which isn't easy under the circumstances. It's always a pleasure to see him and all the staff especially Valerie. Everyone is always kind, courteous and helpful. It's not pleasant to deal with kidney stones but at least I always feel like I'm in good hands. I can attest to his surgical ability only indirectly (since I was asleep during the procedure), but by all accounts he is not only a true physician but a skilled surgeon. I highly recommend them. Good people.
