Great place. He will take care of you, very knowledgeable! Yes, they take wrecks and rebuild them. But their warranty is great and they know what they are doing.
I purchased a refurbished 2015 Subaru Crosstrek about 5 months ago. They were up front with me about the vehicle and gave me what I wanted for my trade in. I have been nothing but happy with my vehicle. I was most impressed with their customer service. I was going through a family crisis in the midst of buying a car and the staff was extremely patient with me.
5 Stars is not enough to emphasize how amazing Penn Auto Sales is. We have purchased a Crosstrek, a Forester, and my mother just bought a Forester from them. Zero issues, phenomenal customer service, super caring staff. I cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else. I never feel like I’m being pushed into things. I trust the staff immensely. They have impeccable ethics and always strive to please. This is a business that treats you like beloved family members. Truly blessed to have found them. I recommend their services without hesitation.
So for all of the people who are like they are all savage rebuild titles that is partially true most of them are and some arent. But they have an amazing warranty you can't by up and they fix any mechanical issue for free under the warranty so if you are looking for a car to keep for a while buy from here. They have some great rebuilt subaru's. It will be hard to sell the car in the future if you buy it because of the salvage title but I will be keeping this car till it doesn't run no more. And Jonathan they tell you they are rebuilt and just pay a few $ and go on a vin search to see what was wrong with it. They have to fix it back to working original condition to even sell it.
