“Love Bob's! I went yesterday to purchase a new mattress and foundation for my daughter. There are now 4 Bob's mattresses in my home and we've never slept better! I have a bad back and have been postponing surgery for years. I don't wake up in pain anymore like I did on other mattresses. We also have a sectional couch we purchased about 2 years ago. It holds up remarkably well for having 2 adults, 4 kids plus all their friends, 2 dogs and 3 cats climbing all over it every day. No stains, tears, or visible signs of wear. The delivery guys are so sweet and very professional. They arrive when they say they will, and take care of everything. I have never received anything other than the utmost respect and kindness from all Bob's employees. I think there is definitely a culture of high customer service in place here. I have a Bob's credit card, financing is easy and I love that there's no interest if you pay off the charge in a certain amount of time. I have to intentionally leave my credit card at home or I would be shopping there everyday! Thank you, Bob's, for your wonderful business model that shines from the top down.
