“We bought a truck a few weeks ago from Dave, the Sales Manager. It was a trade in. Dave gave us a fair price on it, and was great to work with. Additionally, we realized on the way home with the truck that all the speakers did not work... Dave had me bring the truck back in, confirmed all 4 speakers were blown out (what are the odds!) - and ordered me new (non factory!) ones, then and there. He scheduled me within a week and a half (this also fell over Christmas holiday) and had the speakers all installed free of charge just today. Great customer service. I see some poor reviews in the area of customer service, but we had great service here. Dave is somewhat new there, so perhaps the service level is changing. Would definitely give them a shot... and we will be back when we are ready for a camper!”

“Love their breakfast! Their dumplings are really good. Their grilled chicken salad was awesome! We did takeout, while waiting for our order to be done, numerous people checked out and were saying how awesome and moist the fried chicken meal was. This is on my radar for the next time! The Hamburg store is one of the test kitchens for this! O hope it last long enough and is good enough to stay on the menu because, no place in the Berks County area makes fried chicken even close to what my grandmother from South Carolina did!”

“Awesome place to go if you're interested in the rock painting fad, which my family and I are. We went right before closing, (so sorry) but the guys at the counter were more than happy to help us. Only charged 4 bucks a bucket for the smaller sized rocks I'm requiring for a wedding project. Thank you for letting us rock around! “Fuel prices are a little higher then else where; however, this is the only Shell station around for miles and miles. The station is easy to get in and out of, and is easily seen from the highway. The station does sell diesel fuel; however, it is not sold in the main part of the station. If you are in the main part of the station and look up the main part of the station about 800 feet up the road is the second part of the station. This is where you get off road and diesel for personal cars/trucks. This is still part of the shell station.”

“We were traveling from out of state with 3 young boys. I chose one of their Suites. It was perfect for us and had plenty of room. It was very clean. They gave us extra sheets and blankets for the sofa sleeper. The staff were all very friendly. They do serve a small breakfast in the morning if you are looking for something light. All cold stuff, cereals, muffins things like that which would be fine if I did not have to feed my better half and 3 boys. We were good with going out. It was a great place to stay and I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Microtel for a very nice visit. Tricia”
