I've been going to this office for probably 20 years and I feel that I have received great care. They have late evening hours and Saturday sick appointments. I love every doctor here but mainly see doctor Madonavitch. In my opinion I wouldn't change anything about this office honestly.
The care received is always excellent and compassionate.
The doctor Schank, has absolutely NO sense of humor. When I joked about my insulin pen, he threw me out of the practice. Once you are thrown out an office that is in bed with Tower Health, you can't go to any other tower health facility.
Hmmm....that sort of reminds me of a MONOPOLY!!!!! So here is the beginning of my crusade. Tower Health and it's affiliates deprived me of life sustaining medication. I've been in shock withdrawal because I had to stop meds cold turkey, I've had a headache for 30 days or more, I stopped counting. I have a list of every doctor that refused to see me, so when I succumb to a stroke or heart attack my family can sue the piss out of each & every doctor AND tower health.
Dr Harrison is the absolute BEST! Our family has been going to him since I was a child. Yes, the office gets a little crowded and you may wait 5-10 mins past your appointment, but I appreciate all the times they managed to 'sqeeze' me in when I was sick. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Dr's office.
