(February 22, 2018, 10:31 am)Boss Beauty was more than helpful when I had to ship back items for repair. In midst of the repair, I was also dealing with my shipping carrier, UPS for being charged an obscene amount to ship my items. When addressing the issue with UPS, and them telling me there was nothing they could do, Boss Beauty was able to help pay for some of the costs needed to repair and ship back my items. Boss Beauty was always very attentive to my concerns and was prompt in returning all of my calls, as well as reaching out from their end to check on myself as well. Thank you Boss Beauty, you made my terrible experience with UPS a little easier to bare and I will absolutely make purchases from you in the future.
