  In the past few months, I've been having so many issues trying to get ahold of a certain prescription that I've been using for several years. Twice CVS gave me a substitute for my medication because they said my name brand medication was "on back order" and didn't know when it would come in, so they gave me something else instead. The medication they gave me didn't work. So I call other major pharmacies to see if they carry the brand I need and they all either said they didn't carry it or it was on back order as well, and wouldn't tell me any further information no matter how hard I tried. Given I can't just sit around and wait for who knows how long, I decide to call the manufacturer so see what the problem is because at this point I thought my medication was discontinued. The manufacturer said there shouldn't be a problem. At this point I thought I would have to find an alternative on my own because none of the pharmacies carried the brand I needed. Until I decided to call an independent pharmacy to see what would happen because I didn't want to switch medications if the brand I was on for several years was working for me. They were able to put in a 6 month order to get the medication for me by the next day. Not only that, but they're working on getting an additional 6 months for me so I'll have a year's worth ready and waiting for me so I don't have to worry about it! Matt explained to me that it's actually pretty common for problems like this to happen with medications and explained that it all depends on what the stock market is like, what contracts are signed, etc. Definitely way more informative than any other CVS, Costco, Walgreens, etc. I've called. I'm coming here from now on :)

  THEY ARE VERY GOOD WITH GETTING PRE OTHO. GETTING MEDS APPROVED IS HARD. YOUR NOT GONNA FIND A BETTER FAMILY PHARMACY

  I had a very bad adverse effect on a generic medication. It wasn't the medicine itself it was the brand, coincidentally every major Pharmacy in a 50 mile radius has the same exact " sugarpill " I call this Pharmacy up not only do they Supply the right brand but it's the only one I keep in stock. If you have a generic medicine made from five different companies they should each be indistinguishable from the brand but unfortunately that's not the case.

  Love these people....all the staff from Makefield Town are incorporated into this Absolutely Amazing & Personable service that far exceeds any other!! They give the feel of 'Community' even in this fast paced media-fused society, and keep you as a customer informed and satisfied with every visit, or on the phone...Kudos!!!????????????

  Excellent service. Caring! Goes out of their way to find affordable options. Kudos. I know people who come from Bristol to get their meds here.
