I ran into two sells people Za ( was exceptional knowledgeable of the products and Dee was very customer friendly as well.!! Due to my financial situation I can't buy at this time....but if I purchase I will go there and ask for these ladies!

(May 20, 2019, 1:50 pm)It’s been 6 months since I purchased both of my phones from this location. The customer service was phenomenal!!
Now to T-Mobile’s service. Buy it, switch your provider. I have never been so excited to see my phone bill stay exactly the same for 6 months straight. I have a mortgage and kids and when ever my last carrier decided to jump my bill up to $300-350. It was an inconvenience. So, thank you T-mobile.
(March 9, 2019, 2:40 pm)I love the staff at Neshaminy. I go there all the time to get new phones. The experts are always friendly and helpful. My last visit I worked with D’Annah. She answered all my questions, showed me things about my phone I didn’t know that I could do. She even informed me that I could get more for my money and still pay the same amount I didn’t mind paying $5 more though. That was very thoughtful of her because I felt like she wasn’t trying to sell me just anything she cared about my needs and you don’t get that a lot and I appreciated that. I was very satisfied with my visit when I need something else I’ll make sure to see her again

Spoke with manager Nicholas who was able to tell me everything and give me the break down in detail. Very pleased with customer service at this location and will definitely be returning.
