“Dr. Jay Schwartz is by far the best dentist. I have been going to his office for 20 years. Talented and has the experience that all dentist should want to be like. Over the years he has worked on me many many times more than I could count. Every single time he has always done a tremendous job. I went to a dentist a year and a half ago the worst mistake and the worst experience. I went because I am also in business hvac he was a customer of mine (The other dentist)who just purchase hvac equipment. He offered discounted service in exchange for better pricing from me. This dentist broke out my tooth in front he was leaning and drilling the back tooth excessively all the while leaning in the front second tooth to right. It broke off at gumline the very next night eating dinner a soft taco. In front of my girlfriend. Learned my lesson I will pay any amount for dr. Schwartz. Dr Schwartz is the best dentist 100 percent I am sure of. His staff is great to from Sharon to Erica and some others as well. So take your chances. You will be 100 percent satisfied, I know that from all the years and all the work he has done for keeping my teeth in my mouth. I wrote this long winded review in effort to give credit where it is do. All of my family and even distant family go to him even longer than me. There is a good reason for that. “Happy hour specials are awesome. Huge tvs everywhere. Outside area is very nice. The manager was even busting tables and bringing the beers. Really enjoyed myself. Service was good. I'm not the type that likes the server coming around every 3 minutes asking how is everything. When I need another beer I know how to raise my empty glass! Parx casino has the it factor right now and there really isn't a need to travel elsewhere when they are so close. Security in the parking lot is on point. Restrooms are everywhere. Excellent job done with all the upgrades. Keep up the good work. Mr. National will be back ????????????????????”

“This review is long overdue. In the past I was quick to speak positively about other agents who gave me a beneficial impression out of the gate, but soon after didn’t live up to their promises. An event in their life that is filled with high hopes and expectation for the future ahead... however, selling a house just doesn't represent any of the aforementioned high. Buying and selling your real estate can be as unique a situation as the professionals who will represent you during this individualized and sometimes arduous process. In addition, moving out of state adds a whole host of notable problems in itself. Trevor Deeter is a wonderful mix of the things that make an agent "the ideal representative." He lives by an old school morality in combination with a solid work ethic. A person who'll send a handwritten thank you note - just for giving him consideration. My experiences before meeting Trevor makes me appreciate his help when it came to for the sale of my home all the more. I see big things in Trevor‘s future and consider myself quite lucky to have had him sell my home of eighteen years so that I could move on and start my second act - something that this millennial did not take for granted. Trevor got me there! Levelheaded with invaluable instinct, Trevor knew the market - the value of my neighborhood and what made my home worth it’s list price. He wasn’t concerned about breaking records to sell the house quickly so that he can brag on Facebook that he sold the house in five days but he still sold the house in a timely manner and in the end for above list. In addition, he was also able to make recommendations and introduce me to realtors in the state which I purchased my new home. If you are considering selling I would definitely recommend Trevor Deeter over all others. He is a rare breed in a sea of lesser competitors.”
