  Kelsey changed my life I started seeing her 2 years ago. I was down and on the heavier side it took a while for everything we talked about to click. Once it did I went down 30 lbs in 3 month just following her guidance, I couldn’t have done it without her. I hope she helps me go down more. Put your trust in her and put the work in and you will see results. She is a great listener as well, we can talk about life very easily too and it helps get a more realistic feeling with your doctors. She doesn’t see you as dollar signs she interacts well and gets to know each of us. I highly recommend her to anyone who asks me how I lost my weight and I will continue to do it forever eternally grateful for all she has done

  Kelsey is so amazing and she has been essential in helping me recover from my battle with an eating disorder. Come see her to find compassion, care, and humor as well as improving your relationship with food. She uses science and practicality to assist and explain everything to you. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

  I am very satisfied with Nourish Me Nutrition Therapy. Both Natallia and Kristen are great. I started out with a 6.2 A1C blood sugar and withing 3 months I went down to 5.6. I was able to accomplish this by following their guidance. Thank you.

  Natalia is the BEST. PERIOD. She is very informative, caring and knows what direction you can go to get to your goal! I was fortunate to meet with her until my insurance changed! 　 Do call and make an appointment if you've been needing some direction. You can't go wrong!
