The doctor could've been a bit more gentle on my injured ankle however, beyond that, she didn't rush me out of the office, was knowledgeable & had a great bedside manner. They also gave me Xrays in office that were ready to view in minutes. The wait was short & I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, friendly, quality care.”

Dr. T. and her staff are always very helpful and friendly and always very professional, too. They went beyond and above when one of my daughter's teeth broke off right before Christmas to get us help and get it fixed before the holidays. “Doctor with a heart... I have been going to Dr. Ficchi for 4 years now after i got hurt at Home Depot. My Insurance company sent me to him after i had a therapist pull both my legs thinking he was helping me but i felt worst after he did this. I have been to many doctors where i have to wait hours uncomfortable in pain with my hip,back and leg. This Doctor cares about how you feel and will do anything in his power to help you feel less pain to no pain. I don't have insurance and i don't have to pay hundreds of dollars to have a specialist help me as much as he does.I can enjoy doing things with my family. “I have been going to Bucks Family Eye Care since my wife and I moved to the area in 2006. Doctor Thomas had identified a growing problem concerning my vision, my troublesome glaucoma and has helped me keep it in check by eye drops and regular visits. When I needed reading glasses, the good doctor and the receptionist help me pick out some heavy duty frames. They really look cool. Later on, Dr. Thomas identified a problem with my vision and let me know I had a cataract in my left eye and kept a close watch on it. Late last year Dr. Thomas realized they my glaucoma couldn't be handled by the eye drops any longer and the cataract in my left eye needed to be removed. He referred me to s group of eye surgeons that not replaced my defective lens but put a small stent in my eye to relieve the pressure from the glaucoma. I am convinced that due to his skill and caring for his patients, I have my eyesight and I don't have to worry with losing my sight any more. I highly recommend Bucks County Eye Care not only your eyeglasses, but all your eye care needs.”
