Tri State Kickboxing & Mixed Martial Arts

My daughter moved here after 2 years at another place. Within 2 classes, she was part of the family. She loves it here. This place is very hands on and and each instructor usually has at least 2 helpers with him. Great programs for all ages

I have been training here for almost 4 years and I absolutely love it. Tristate has completely changed my life. The owner Jeff is amazing with kids along with the entire staff. Tristate doesn’t only teach martial arts but also discipline, focus, and self-confidence. The school itself is always clean and organized. Tristate always has a very loving and overall positive environment. My whole family now trains here and we have so much fun coming. I would 100% recommend this to anyone!!!!

My 7 1/2 year old grandson just earned his white belt with the help of the amazing instructors who work here. Everyone’s been really great and patient with him. The kids in his classes are incredibly nice and respectful. They even go out of their way to help my grandson.

Jeff and crew are the best! I've known Jeff for about 30 years, I started my training with him when I was about 10. My 2 daughters now attend the children's classes and I couldn't be happier with their progress as well as mine. We love Tri state!
