I recently worked with Scott following rotator cuff shoulder surgery and found Scott to be a truly exceptional physical therapist. Loved working with Scott. His exercise protocol for rotator cuff surgery rehab was very easy to follow with a phone app at home. During my time in the office, he spent a great deal of time further increasing my range of motion and strength. Very knowledgeable about how much to push ahead vs. not being too aggressive. Time spent in the office was fun too!
Scott Goldinger was recommended to me by my orthopedic when I fell. My right knee had taken the full impact of a fall. I required a total knee replacement. Although very painful, the need to recover to full mobility was imperative. Scott provided individual attention each visit. He identified an exercise plan that not only improved my knee but also strengthened my core. My PT sessions were a mix of exercising, strengthening and toning. All the while, Scott explained what muscle groups were being worked and what outcome was expected. The intense core exercises mixed with different ways of doing them allowed me to gain full mobility of my knee. Scott provided me home exercises which aided my recovery. I HIGHLY recommend Scott as he is knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Scott will work to ensure you have all the tools to regain your mobility. I am very glad he was recommended to me.
