I started Pilates with no experience, prior to a shoulder replacement to strengthen the long muscles; continued after to facilitate recovery. Now that I am back to strong I just do it for fun! “It’s been a great experience doing the six weeks weigh lost challenge. While i didn’t lose very much, I did lose over five inches off my body. (Imagine if i really did take my diet more seriously) what i have gain is strength and in endurance. Everyone is wonderful and encouraging. The classes are fun and hard to do. Bill was always there to help you. He kept a careful eye on everyone. Would help modify when needed. Bill and Elizabeth are great! I have signed up for another six weeks!”
