This was my third time trying a therapist from LifeStance. I finally found someone that I connected with. The first two weren't good at all. I'm glad I finally found a match.

Florence was very nice and receptive to my concerns. She suggested going forward to coordinate the psychiatrist and therapy sessions for the same day. She took time out to begin to know me and explained this first session was purposed for information gathering and the subsequent sessions would be working towards a plan for me to begin feeling better.

Amanda Decker has been working with me for several months now. She is amazing. She is working to get me to a place where my meds are not managing me but rather that I am able to live and enjoy my life while only using the meds that are necessary to treat my condition. As a person with a physical disability as well headache syndrome, I am on other meds that have interfered in my treatment over the years and no one else has addressed it. Amanda is the first to take this approach and look at all of my meds and how they are interacting to affect me. I appreciate her approach rather than the typical approach of pushing more meds to treat a problem.

Very easy process to get started as a new patient, the representatives available on the phone were super friendly and helpful when I was filing out paperwork or when I had any questions. My first meeting with Amanda went great, I am looking forward to our future meetings and my progress to come. Thank u!

I just had an awesome blood draw. The woman had been doing this for years and said it was her passion. It was quick and painless.

My husband and I had an appointment for my newborn son here, and at another facility later in the day because we were going to see which location we liked best for him. After seeing Dr. Burke, we went to get blood drawn for my newborn and came across Charlene and Marianna (hope I'm spelling her name right) and let me tell you, they were A.W.E.S.O.M.E! They were so loving and sweet to us new and scared parents and they took his blood (on two separate occasions) so wonderfully. They were very careful and patient and he hardly cried! -whereas at the hospital I delivered, they squeezed him for blood so hard he screamed the entire time! I cannot brag on them enough! Marianna made such an impression on us we actually didn't even go to the other appointment we had. We'll be loyal customers because of them!
