(September 6, 2018, 12:56 pm)I rarely write a review, but in this instance a commendation is required. I am a do it myself repairman, but in this instance, the experts were required. On the hottest week of the summer, my thirty year old central air unit appeared to be failing and required a charge. I walked into Bi-County's office near the end of their day (almost at close). The office staff was courteous and accommodating. While I was standing there, one of their service men returned after a full day of work. We talked about my units problem, then he promptly went to his truck, checked to see if they had enough refrigerant, and followed me home. Within an hour, my unit was charged and up and running. The invoice I received the following week was beyond fair and included the service charge, the refrigerant and a sealant, nothing more. I highly recommend Bi-County and will use them again.
(August 22, 2018, 9:55 am)Fast and professional. We called them twice to look at our old central AC unit. They were able to fix it or bring it back to life both times. Their prices are fair, and their response time is fantastic. Special thanks to the amazing and friendly staff that answer the phones.
We look forward to signing up with them for winter oil delivery!

(July 11, 2017, 12:03 pm)What a great company. Our air conditioning unit broke down. We called another "well know company". They came out and told us they could fix our until for $1000 plus with no Guarantees. I decided to shop around and call Bi-County. (Will now be my first call in the future!). They were able to be out to my home within 15 minutes and said they could replace the part for much less and would have it done within two days as long as they could get the part. They called later that afternoon, and came out 2 days later and installed the part in less than an hour. Great company, great employees and wonderful customer service.

Bi-County Inc. replaced the heater unit in my rental property. They worked with my tenant to get it all set up and they were in and out in one day. She's happy with the results and I'm happy that it all went smoothly and that they gave me a decent price.
