This was the the first time I had to use Chalfont Collision. I had a dent on my fender. I put my trust in the shop manager , JT. The way they treated me and my car was amazing. The car was repaired in record time and at a very good price. If you are in need of a great body shop, use Chalfont Collision.!!!

I had several recommendations to go to Chalfont Collision Center. We had a great experience. Our car looks great and was fixed in a timely manner. They kept us up to date on the status of our car and were very friendly. We will definitely go back if we need any other work done in the future.

I had my Nissan towed from Fred Beans in Doylestown they were so friendly and amazing a dear ran under and did some damage they went beyond to fight with the adjuster insurance to have the claim paid for in the right claim I can’t thank them enough I would recommend them to anyone needs work. They treat u like family thank you for all your service .

I took my Ram 3500 to Chalfont Collision to repair my truck's entire mirror assembly and driver side glass. The day I brought in my truck for the repair (1 month after they ordered the parts and did estimate), they realized that they're was a mistake with the other drivers Insurance company covering the repair. There was a mix-up and they thought they had the green light to work on my truck, but the insurance company was saying otherwise.

After calling the other parties insurance and Chalfont Collision it seemed that both parties had made a mistake. Chalfont Collision took responsibility for the mix-up/mistake and took care of me and repaired my truck for free even though it wasn't 100% on them.

They warrentied all the parts and labor they installed on my truck and I walked away a happy customer. It's not often a company will take ownership of a mistake and rectify it themselves. I did not ask them to do the install for free as I told them I was going to have my insurance (Geico) come out.

The owner John Reis called me back (after I left a voicemail Geico will be coming out) and he let me know I wasn't even going to have to go with my own insurance as he took responsibility and repaired the truck for free without me knowing.

I live in Chalfont and John earned my future business.

Had someone hit my truck in two different places by two different people. JT was nice enough to deal with both insurances to get my truck fixed. His out of pocket price was just as he quoted me when I picked up, not to mention my truck was clean and smelled great. Will definitely call them and use their services again!
