Kim and I worked together when I was younger and dealing with a large about of anxiety and depression related to my home life and health. She did more for me than just about anyone else in my life at that time and I truly believe that without her constant support and help finding coping mechanisms, I probably wouldn’t be here at all let alone where I am in life following my passion. Very grateful to Kim for doing an awesome job this year! Helped me realize one mistake (even a really big one😬) is not the end of the world, and helped me like and trust myself again. I totally turned my year around with her help! Her sessions are enjoyable and not stressful at all. She works well with many different types of issues and discussions. She asks great thought provoking questions and even gives homework (ie googling something or just thinking about something in depth, nothing too time consuming or difficult).
